I'm a fan up to a certain point. I think it's more geared towards people who know how to do a lot more coding that I know but getting set up with the very basics is easy enough. It's just that if you want the bells and whistles then you need to know how to add all of those.
Hopefully the theme and extension database Cedric is working on will make things easier for you.
