Welp....
I tried.
And FAILED.

To make ramen noodles from scratch.
Like completely from scratch. I've got no Pasta Machine to roll out the dough into super thinness. No blades to cut the noodle strands into Japanese greatness.

Let me tell you... trying to roll out that dough by hand with a rolling pin? Torture! I don't think I got it anywhere near flat enough. And that's after the dough rested in my fridge for over 24 hours! Then cutting the dough. I started out okay, still not think enough, but then because my legs and feet were screaming at me-- you know, pain? Yeah, I slopped it up and made inedible noodles.

Looks like I'm going to be saving up a $110 for a Pasta Machine next month.

Other than that, I'm okay.

Oh wow, props to you for trying to do it on your own though!

I'm doing okay! My neck hurts like heck the past few days so I need to wear a scarf or sweater if I keep the AC on near my computer again... But I've been more social recently. Currently at a watch party for a movie on discord.

I'm hanging in there!

Not great.
No, really, actually quite horribly.
I want to saw my right foot off.

I was supposed to get an orange juicer. A little hand job. What did i get?
Freakin' Orange JUICE!
Like, what am I going to do with OJ? I've got a bunch of ORANGES!

And that just ended my day. I don't think I'm going to torture y'all with my actual day. Needless to say, it was HORRIBLE.

Well, today was a much better day. Painful, but still better. Not nearly as stressful. And, bonus, today was my Friday!! So now I get two days of rest!

Tomorrow, I'm going to attempt to make Orange Chicken!
Tonight, I was going to attempt Shepherds Pie, but with sausage instead, but Tanya said she doesn't like Shepherd's Pie. Darn. Because it looked really yummy, and I could use some more of the Leeks that I've got. Maybe I'll make a sausage hash instead.
