I prefer Android phones. I just can't get used to Apple's UI.

I've had a gripe with Apple for years, their stance on right to repair is atrocious, their expense, their litigious nature when anyone touches their precious MacOS outside of their proprietary hardware...a lot of their choices have soured me on Apple's products for years. So when the first Droid hit shelves I was sold. Been an Android fan since.

Computer side? Linux all day...minus my 1 windows box.

Right to repair legislation for consumer electronics is desperately needed. Your entire laptop shouldn't be a paperweight if the keyboard or battery stops working.

Absolutely agreed. You're paying an incredible amount of money for a product, not a service. We should be able to fix that product when it goes wrong.

Planned obsolescence is also a huge issue.

Apple photos are much more professional quality than Android, even though Android is improving. I've never owned an Apple, but my daughter has one and my husband used to own one. My daughter has been an Apple person for years. I have a Google Pixel and I really like it but someday I'd like to own an Apple just to see what it can do.
